A simple guide to help you get started quickly.
Step 1: Check Your Dashboard
When you log in, you’ll land on your Dashboard.
- Waiting on You — Items that need your input
- Your Active Requests — Work currently in progress
- Recent Documents — Latest uploaded files
Tip: If something is in “Waiting on You,” work may be paused until you respond.
Step 2: Open a Request
Requests are where all work happens.
- Click any request from the Dashboard or list
- Review description, status, messages, and documents
Everything related to your request is kept in one place.
Step 3: Add a Message or Reply
Use the Add Message area inside a request to:
- Answer questions
- Provide updates
- Ask for clarification
Keeping communication here helps avoid lost emails and keeps everyone aligned.
Step 4: Upload Documents
You can upload files directly to a request.
- Add screenshots, documents, or files
- Attach them to the correct request
- All files stay organized and easy to find
Tip: Use clear file names so everyone understands the purpose of the document.
Step 5: Find and Filter Requests
Use the tools in the Requests view:
- Search — Find requests quickly
- Product filters — View work by product
- Status filters — See where work stands
This helps you focus on exactly what matters.
Step 6: Use the Documents Page
The Documents page shows all files across your requests.
- Search documents
- Filter by product
- View or download files
Great for quickly finding previously uploaded files.
Step 7: Review Completed Work
When a request is marked Done:
- Review the results
- Add feedback if needed
- Confirm when complete
Your confirmation helps close the loop and keep work moving.
Tips for Best Results
- Keep communication inside requests
- Respond quickly to “Waiting on You” items
- Attach documents to the correct request
- Use filters to stay organized
